Are there Armadillo's in SILO

On a shed hunt today I saw a blur fly in front of me, and Nes was close behind. (Of course) I shout ARAMADILLO!!!, and wanted to be the 1st to post one here. NYA NYA.... So off I go... haulin butt behind the dog... (man those things are fast!) I'm bustin through brush and briars tryin to catch up to the two flying animals.

Nes runs the thing into a hollow tree.

Now you are MINE!!!!

Cool Bob. Great shots!

quiet descends. I see magic in the quiet light of dusk. I feel quiet, yet intense energy in
the natural elements of our habitat. A sense of magic prevails. A sense of mystery. It is
a time for contemplation, for listening - a time for making photographs.

Neat - I've never seen one so close! My sister saw one outside Carbondale a few years back, and there was an article in the Southern about armadillos in SILO, but that was ages ago.

Oh hOly Moly - YOU lucky snot you!!!!!
Hats off to winning the great armadillo chase!!!
I'm so proud of you and Ness...
Great now I'm gonna be on the hunt for armadillos..and I did enough of that when I ran West Texas...

Actually we used to hit them for sport and see who could sail them the furthest with the truck bumpers...I am so ashamed...I was young and dumb...(but they fly just like footballs...)

There are no armadillos in IL.

Thats just a bald opossum.

I wont believe you until I see a picture of you with one.
