I made this the other night over noodles and it was great.

Basic meatball and gravy recipes. Add 4 or 5 dried morels when you cook up the gravy. Use venison. How can it get any better. Fresh green onions from the garden...

works well with young squirrel too! just shredd the squirrel meat rather than making meatballs....I use lots of dried pig ears (a variety of shroom) in recipes like this
