Do our horses count as pets? Out feeding and couldn't resist snapping a few right before dark. I was surprised how the sunset had a halo effect, almost rainbow.

Of course horse's are pets, so are mule's. I have two horses and one mule. I'll probably send in a pic or two of them later on.

The dark spot is where we drop big bales over the fence with the tractor. The horses are standing right on the edge of the spread out hay, waiting on me to put the fresh bale in. I don't know which will be worse 4-5" snow or 4-5" of soupy mud.

I like the lighting effect. It make the picture almost look like a sepia print.
