I got this from the Food Network's website. It's Mario Batali's recipe for pizza dough. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/mario-batali/pizza-dough-recipe/index.html
When pizza dough is nearly done rising set oven to 450 °. I use a pizza stone in the bottom of my oven. This dough recipe made enough for 2 pizzas. I used half all purpose and half whole wheat flour.
Roll out dough for pizzas. Spread spagghetti sauce over dough, then spread mozzarella cheese over sauce. Add other toppings as desired, then sprinkle a little more mozzarella and grate some parmesian cheese over top. Bake on stone or on pan on lowest shelf at 450 ° for 8 minutes or until pizza is done.
You know what to do from here on out.
