I almost hate to post this, if you have seen BigDukes Sigma 150-500 Hubble you will laugh at my tiny little offering :D. It is a super wide angle 10-22.

Great shot!

Just remember, its not the size but how you use your equipment.

I got it from Santa but from what I hear "He" shopped at B&H Photo :D I have always been a telephoto kind of guy so this will take some getting used too  It is unreal how wide it is.

I keep hoping to get out when the sun is shining but so far it has not happened. Don't expect too much Mdoc, I know nothing about landscape photography.

Well G you will have a long time to wait so don't hold your breath. I will be trying every chance I get but I know it will take a long time to figure out how to get even decent results. I did play with it but the only time we have had good light I have been at work or church, I hope to get out on New Years Day and they say it may be partly sunny so we will see.

Not knowing what your church looks like inside....some of them make absolutely beautiful subjects for these ultra wides. Pay attention to your shooting angle...if the camera is level, the verticals will be pretty straight...tilt it up (or down) and they will start to keystone.

Thanks for the tip, I took a few shots of buildings the other day just to see how I liked the lens and really noticed how much distortion I had and I am sure I did not have the camera anywhere close to level. I will try it again with a level camera and see if it works better.
