That's too bad. It's on the same weekend as the World Championship held at Kuttawa, Kentucky. That's only a hundred miles from Rend. Some of the best bowfishing teams and their rigs will be there. You should check it out.

The BAI/Red Ash Outdoors Shootout at the Spillway is canceled do to low water levels at Rend Lake. Went to the spillway Friday night and it was only 6 inches deep and not many fish to be seen all night long. Water in the river further down from the spillway is really shallow also so sorry but the shoot has been canceled.

Well now you'll have time to check out the World Shoot at Kuttawa. :)

No worries Red......We have thrown togeather a club shoot on the Illinois for the same date that you or anyone from the SILO area are welcome too. Come on up.....Ill save a spot on the boat for ya! Ill have that flier/hats ect....parcel off to you tomorrow too.
