The Bowfishing Assoc of Illinois is pleased to announce the formation of a Southern Chapter! We have a bunch of members from the Southern part of the state, and thought it would be great to get a regular chapter going there as many of our members/officers are presently from the North and Central part of the state.

We are also very happy to announce that Red Giles will be heading up the southern chapter and acting as Southern Ill. Rep and Chapter President!
Red is the owner of Red Ash Outdoors, a fine Illinois on-line outdoor magazine. We will also be adding a monthly club newsletter to Red Ash Outdoors. Red already has a bunch of new members and some officials lined up to get things going, and is working on some fun shoots to be announced shortly.

The BAI is a 100% free club devoted to the promotion and advancement of ethical bowfishing. No dues! If you would like a membership that includes a monthly subscription to the Midwest Outdoors Magazine its only $10. We also have a monthly column in Midwest Outdoors that features bowfishing news and member harvest photos from across the state.
