He's been calling the Dave Glover radio show lately. He was a guest in April. Funny guy. You either love him or hate him. He is a good advocate for hunting, but I don't like his show too much. (lots o corn on Ted's ranch)

Working most of June a couple days in Aug and I think 1 in Sept.
You know what he does the rest of the year ?
Same thing most of use would like to be doing, hunting. :D

it would suck to be so close to a great place like southern MO and not be able to wet a line he probably shows up for the show and is then shuttled on to the next town cause no matter who you are theres still only 24 hrs in a day

True
But how many months out of the year does he work (music) not hunting ?

I seen him while on the road in Pike Co a few years ago (Oct), hummer & trailer with about 4-6 ATV on it.
He was headed south and I have also heard he hunts some in S. IL

Chuck it on stage...

Thats what I would have done.
But tickets are $105 each, I like Ted but i'm not going to pay that much.
I was willing to pay 60 - 70 but no way $105, and those are the best price I could find.
Just got done looking.

Uncle Ted put a Stranglehold on Evansville In. last night.

Stranglehold, Cat Scratch Fever, Wang Dang Sweet Poontang, Fred Bear to name a few before ending with the sacrifice of the six string white beast with a flaming arrow to the boiler room.

How about the opener (Mini-Metallica) Crooked X.
These boys are only 13 years old (yes 13) and were getten it.
They played a few of there own before ending with Pink Floyd's We dont need no education.

in The Wind, He"s Still Alive!

FLATLANDER, you have no idea what nerve you have struck! my buddies and I used to listen to great white buffalo at 4:30 in the morning before bowhunting in the early years, '84, 85, '86, one of our best buds and BLOODROTHER, Tracy, died 4 years ago, and he was one of ted's biggest fans, back before it was cool to be a rock-n-roll hunter,
Rest in Peace Trace!"

"he will guide our arrows home!"

Did anyone else see Uncle Teddy on last night's episode of No Reservations? Venison backstraps wrapped in wild boar bacon cooked over real wood. How good can that be? Oh yeah, Anthony also had Alice Cooper on there and ate Randy Johnson's Big Unit (yeah, they have such a sandwich) at the restaurant Alice Cooper and Randy Johnson own. The Big Unit? It's a 2 foot hotdog.

August 11 at 10:00 AM is the next time that episode shows according to the Travel Channel's website. I forget the town, but it's in Texas.

Aug. 11 10:00AM CT
(60 minutes)

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations
U.S. Southwest

Tony is off on a great American road trip, ready to explore the quirky, dark, classic Americana that is the country's Southwestern region. The Southwest is all about being big - big roadside tacos, big wide open wastelands, big rock stars, and big guns.

It's my understanding that Teds ranch is just down the road from Pres. Bush. I have read that the Nuge hosted the Pres for a hunt. Didn't get anymore details beyond that.
