I understand this theme is very vague but its that time of year as the fields, woods, and weather is changing. Next month it will all be gone and winter will set in. Shoot and post things that make you think of fall time of the year and the photo must have a tree or tree part in it.

Good theme DeBunk, I kind of like how open you left it. A tree, leaf, twig can all convey something as a whole or individually.

The thought behind the Nov. theme was to give everyone a chance at some photography. The leaves will not be on the trees all month and most will be off by 1st season firearm deer. It would be nice to get some hunters to snap some photos at the elevated perspective with some wildlife in the photos. Its also nice to get some farming (harvest photos). There is one thing that is abundant in Southern Illinois that makes it different from the other (northern) areas of Illinois and that is trees.

The falling leaves remind me of when I was young and would check deer stands before season. We would go down to the creek and the woods would be bright yellow with the trees looking black and the water in the creek would look black with leaves floating on the water. We would take 22 rifles and shoot hedge apples and an occasional squirrel. While checking stand we would jump some deer or see a coyote.

Have fun and burn up that digital camera as this time of year will not last long. Post them for all to see.
