Got to spend a couple hours in the area Sunday evening. You cannot go onto the Kincaid Mound sight itself but there is alot of cool places nearby. Its a good ideal to ask permission before going on the local farmers land also. Most of them are fairly nice and more than likely will let you roam around if you ask.

Just at dusk, getting almost too dark to see I found this nice point which looks to be Archaic, much older than the woodland natives who built the mounds. Someone had been cleaning out a drainage ditch with a track-hoe so I jumped down in it and started walking up it looking at the sides for flint. The point was over 2 feet deep half sticking out of the bank.Several people had already been there looking by all the tracks that were there but they missed that one. :)
