MMMM-MMMMMM!

I picked some apples off our trees out at the Farm today, tonight we peeled, cored, sliced and fried them in butter, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, cooked for about 30 minutes then ate it over vanilla ice cream!!!!! while it was still hot! YUMMMM-MEEEEE!


I took this about 1 1/2 months ago, but same trees...

Your killin me man , your killin me! I love fried apples w/ ice cream.

I'm waiting till our Macintoshes are ripe before picking them. I've never tried fried apples with ice cream, but they would be deelish. I've had fried apples several times though, and love apple pie with ice cream.
