June 2nd The Illinois Bowfishers will be running an instructional booth with an area for kids to shoot at mechanical swimming fish down at the Two Rivers Family Fishing Fair in Grafton, IL. (at Pere Marquette). Visit their website at Great River Road for details of the Fun & FREE Day.
With weather permitting we will be doing some bowfishing afterwards.
The club shhould be able to answer all your Bowfishng questions at this event.

This will be a good time and a great way to promote bowfishing.

I attended this fair last year w/ my 3yo. And it was a blast. If you have the chance, and have kids they will find it a great time. Anywhere up to about 15 or so. It is fun for the parents too.

Think you'll make it back this year?

Weather permitting, we may go out and stick some fish afterwards. That is if the kids don't have us worn out first. :D

Right now we've got several volunteers for the kids bowfishing booth. We can always use more.
How about it? Anybody want to come over and help out?
