I’m going on a black bear hunt in June and was wondering if anyone had any helpful hints. It’s a bow hunt in Alaska. No guide or outfitter just my uncle who lives in Alaska and his buddies. Never shot much with my bow more than deer. I did pass the bow hunters safety class. Helpful gear ideas, anything.

dont climb trees get in to the fetal positon if the bear tries to attack those are the best tips i could give a man oh dont leave food lying around haha :D

Carry A Large Cal. Hand Gun On Ur Person If Possible.......................

ha sweet bow, i should know. i have an 07 allegiance in obsession. yeah i got the rain gear from my 05 fishin trip to AK. gps i might take and my uncle has a .454 and a 44 mag ill see if i can carry one while im up there. flatlander nice hat, hey Bob how much are you selling the So Ill hats for? it would be cool to show it of in AK!
