my Dad just found 3 morels they looked fresh .... Theres still hope!!!!!!:)

My young one called me and said he found 4 yellows in afew mins last nite. I said...Boy...get on back out there...LOL Easy to say when yer in KC...:D

My wife found 17 today up here in central IL. :)

My wife & 2 friends went down to the Edwardsville area & found almost 300 morels yesterday. No real big ones yet.
Had a nice mess for dinner too.

looked for 2 hours in the kaskaskia river bottoms yesterday and found 1 large dried up shroom. did find a nice patch of poison ivy. managed too bring it home with me thanks to a mid hunt pee break. now i know why i stay out of the woods in the spring. if anyone has any extra mushrooms they want to give away i'll take em. oh and bring some calamine lotion over too!!

Poor dave... I picked a little over a pound yesterday in the same spot... LOL

thanks bob. woke up today with 1 eye swelled shut and the other half way shut. got a nice shot in the butt from the doc today also and a note saying no work till monday. mushrooms are the devils fruit!!

Hey don't feel lonely....I also have poison ivy and no mushrooms.....It also got into my right eye and I had to have a shot in my arm on WEDS! lol

I get PI somewhat, but not too badly. If you know you got into a patch, get in the shower with Phels Naptha soap as soon as you get home. Not hot water either, it spreads the oil.

The fastest you wash it off the better. I've used sand and creek water right after going through a big patch before too. Cold water and wash thoroughly.

i found a few shrooms here and there this weekend while out turk hunting but nothing big

A lot of small ones but they still taste good. ;)

i went out saturday for a couple hours and found nothing
