Huntrz.. I hope you either layered that, or were using the 300 cause you were way to close to the lightning and that large metal pole!!! How come you guys get all the cloud to ground suff and all we ever end up with over here is sheet lighting?

I took the Flag pic about 2-3 months ago, I was just going thru old pics last night, deleting some and found that one, I've been trying to get a good Flag pic forever, I remember the day I took that I was in Chicago heading to the airport, saw the way the lighting was on the Flag, so I turned around, almost missed my plane that day, 'cause I kept sitting there takng pics. The lightning was added in photopaint, a new effect I just discovered.

Whew... I was afraid we were about to have fried Huntrz! :)
I've got a buttload of photoshop stuff for adding lightning..but I haven't tried it out yet.. looks like you did pretty darn good with yours!
