Im on my 3 day break this week. Woke up this morning about 630 and went to Scott Lake here on base. Got 6 bass on 4 inch pumpkin lizard. They are all on there beds. Waz a pain in the ass but was pretty cool. All the bass were ranging from over a pound to 2/1/2 which was my biggest. All the beds were about 2 to 3 ft deep. I found well over 9 beds all around the lake that were visible. Pretty cool stuff. If anyone wants some info on fishing spawn check this site out. It was pretty helpful for my fishing today and if you have access to the lake here at Scott should check it out .

Good call there. The smaller and shallower lakes and ponds will be ahead of the big deep waters. Congrats on a good day, and I hope you enjoyed the great weather. I DON'T WANNA be inside today...
