Man that do look good. The hot stuff helps you cool off by helping you sweat.
There should be a new rule to this food picture forums. If you post a photo of food then you must post the recipe since you can't make enough for all the SILO members.
I keep seeing Cajun food and it looks really really good.
You dont need to disclose the special ingredients just a brief mix and process.

I use that stuff when I like my food mild...
Well this is my kinda Low fat recipe:
One box of Zatarain's New orleans Gumbo(follow directions)
1/2 # shrimp
1/2 # Smoked Turkey sausage
2 cups of fresh sweet corn
a little pepper
a dash of olive oil
boil for about 20 min
let simmer another 20 or so.
Louisiana HOT Sauce to taste.
I think it comes out better when made in a skillet.
