I have been very blessed that the local VFW loans me a chair when I need it, but I would really like to have a nice small light weight one of my own. Mediicare has changed some of their regs.. and I can have a wheelchair covered... but if I elect to purchase one of those buzzzzy little handy dandy scooters.. they won't cover it anymore..or at least until after 5 years have passed I think.
So I'm looking to maximize my Medicare dollars and wondered if anyone might know of either for sale.
On the chair..the smaller and lighter the better...
