do you freeze them or eat 'em all up quickly? if i get a bunch i found the best thing to do is, clean 'em then roll 'em in your flour mixture, then freeze them on cookie sheets, once frozen you can put them in freezer bags and have them all year around.

I can't eat that many. I dry some, I freeze some, (exactly like you said), I "pay my lease" to my father in law who freaks out for a pound or 2. :D

yea that is a insane amount. prolly got them all out at peabody river king since thats his second home lol
