View Full Version : Raging Lil' Crick
this Raging River is actually just a little creek that runs thru my property, it was full to the brim Monday...there was an eeeery, calm, silence as we stood there looking at it, hard to explain, photos don't relate it, guess you had to be there...

this guy went right on by me and thru the high water, I turned around, the jeep had temporary plates, so I'm guessing he just bought it and still thinks it is invincible...
I was with a guy that put his jeep in a strip mine lake about 25 years ago doing something stupid like this, and have buried my vehicles in mudholes more times than I care to recall.
If ya push your luck, you'll end up stuck!
gretchensteele 05-28-2008, 06:54 or in case like the above...washed out into the field LOL
Were the shots of the water across the road from Sunday am by any chance? We had a bunch over here that looked like that Sunday morning...

OH YEA! the flooded field & jeep driving thru it were taken Monday about a half mile Down River (Creek), from my flooded creek pics at beginning of post. all these floods in our are bottom are cleansing it well, but probably dumping a bunch more trees and trash from upstream.
