The Spirit of Shabbona shines down on this whiteman... everytime I stop by this lake something special happens, Tuesday it was a cloudy, cold, windy day and even snow flurries falling all day, when I pulled into the park the sun poked through the clouds shining on the flock of pelicans that had picked this place to rest on their migration, the sunset was awesome, as usual, and the animals were cooperative, posing for my camera.
