I was sitting in a deer stand with my friend Sammy, and a deer walked right underneath the stand. Sammy said "Should we kill him?". I said "yes", then I pushed Sammy off the 30 foot stand, killing the deer. :eek: My question is - Can I take Sammy's rifle since he can no longer use his arms? Thanks!

I'm gonna change your rating to GOOB instead of noob. :p Next time YOU jump out of the stand with a knife in your teeth and get the deer that way. And since you broke your buddies arms, you have to do all the work of gutting and getting the deer out on your own. Then you have to process it by yourself, and cook it, then cut up Sammy's and feed it to him. Thus your steak will get cold. You shouldn't have pushed you pal out of the stand. Made more work for you.:rolleyes:
