Me along with CrappieX, ESP, and Fingerlicken are all noobies here and I personally am looking for a new start. I am a HUGE crappie finatic and love to post pictures of the catches. So, I have a couple questions to ask ya'll.

1. Do you guys often post your pictures of your catch that day?

2. Is this more of a like informational websight or just pretty much anything in general?

3. How many SLABS did you catch last year?!!!!?

3. I personally dont fish much, bow hunt & trail cams for me but there are several others here that fish, shroom, shed and anything else you can think of pertaining to the outdoors on SILO.

I personally post what my outing was like that day or the day after...Pics included if possible.

I grew up outta the crappie realm. We had some, but no like the science you guys have for em. I'm no crappie pro, and am willing to learn...

I caught enough for a meal or 3:), but would go for more if I could figure it out...

Birdman, good to have you here! I was hoping to see you here. I bet you guys are pretty froze up right now!! I'd say we are getting close to being froze up too. I haven't been since wed.

ESF- we got a good 2 inches of thick ice right now...Dad, Buddie of his and I are hoping to go Monday to the Golf Country Club pond, BIG BIG gills. Hopefully be around 4-5 inches of good ice.

Bob- Crappie fishing is our life!!!! Well, mine anyway:) Since I live in C.Illinois I cant help to much by taking you out but ESF, CrappieX, and Fingerlicken are the wizards on Rend Lake crappies! Maybe they can help ya. Where do you get your trout?

Oh yea, I knew he would join the crappie crew. LOL.

1. Yes, catch of the day, the week, the month, last week, etc.
2. Yes, there is alot of valuable information on here as well as anything in general. Live chat on Tuesday and Thursday evening. Keep it clean though!
3. 50 something, bluegill, on a flyrod. Not much of a fisherman anymore as i don't have very many evenings off to go and I hate morning fishing. Now in the trout game I'd be up to 150 or so last year.

The missus and I fish for anything that's biting. For eating, crappies, gills, bass, walleyes, trout, they're all good.
