If anyone would like a good beginner bow i have one for free..it is a pse stratoflight express 45-60# 29 inch draw,it comes with quiver, rest and sights,it is an older bow but will still get the job done,i havent shot it in years but let a co-worker borrow this year and he said it stiil shot fast and accurate
that's a great offer DHoyt! just goes to show there are still some good people out there!
my first bow was a used ProLine had it for about a year and gave it to my ex bro-in-law, then bought a new PSE Pulsar Express, had it set on 73 lbs. shooting full length XX75 aluminum arrows with 160 gr. thunderheads, that thing was the HAMMER! killed alot of deer with it! my buddy used to joke that I must be shooting heat seeking missiles out of that bow, cause when I fired an arrow from it something was gonna die! never had one problem with it! used it for bout 7 years. those PSE's were/are durable! My wife shoots a PSE Spyder set on 50 lbs, she's been shooting it for about 7 years, again, never had one problem. I heard a story that Pete Shepley, owner of PSE was from the Mahomet, IL area, working out of a converted hog shed.
Sounds like a good deal......Wonder if I could pull it back.......lol....I pulled back my friends diamond at 45 but I can't hardly pull back B's at 65.....:(

Do you still have it? We're interested in getting into archery/bow hunting and have zilch equipment to start with.
