I have a question for some of ya. Say you have a permit for Jackson county and Perry county runs through your property and it is not marked is there a area of how for you can hunt from one county to the other . I know this can happen on the kaskaskia river with monroe randolph and st clair . Has anyone ever encountered this before. Hypothetically speaking of course.
Interesting question... My in-laws property is on the Madison Jersey Co. line. Am I only supposed to hunt half the farm??? Probably.
I know they can and will ticket you on the Kas for hunting in the wrong county...

Bob when I was married the first time, our property encompassed Randolph, Perry and Washington ....and I if I remember correctly..they felt it was up to the hunter to determine the county lines correctly...at the time we had a CPO that was a really decent fella..and would tend to believe an honest mistake and let you go with a warning and a map...but jeez..that was over 25 years ago...
