I reckon honeybees fit in wildlife as well as anyplace else. This plant was covered with honeybees today.

They didn't seem to mind me being right over them with the camera either. No zoom used here.

Thank God we still have a good number..other places are not so lucky.... nice work without zooming! THose little asters will bloom until at least frost and sometimes until a hard freeze..

Thanks Gretchen. The only zoom I used was getting within a few inches of the little ladies. They are very tolerant, much more so than wasps are.

Yeah, it was nice seeing so many honeybees. These asters are growing in Un Hui's flower garden. They're probably volunteers.
