Too much rubberneckin' and not paying enough attention to road signs..LOL I want to get back down to the Smithland Pool and take a peek there. Anybody fish below the dam from the bank there or can ya? tkr2099 10-04-2007, 15:23 I grew up 2 miles from here. :) It's the Gazebo outside the Rose Hotel. Yes, you can fish - perhaps not from the rocks, I think they're owned by the Hotel.. I'm not sure if they'd care. Either way, you could fish right next to them. It's not the best fishing, though.. and river fish is nasty in my opinion. There is a fish market restaurant that floats on the river right beside here that has pretty good fish. |
