This is a very tasty sandwich...
sauté some sliced hen of the woods mushrom in E.V. Olive oil.
When mushrooms are halfway done throw in some sliced fresh garlic and a tablespoon of butter.
Cover with sharp cheddar cheese, toast your bread in the olive oil and butter.
Put together and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and eat. Simple and delicious ...
