Not real complicated, but man was it tasty! Just stuff 3 or 4 pieces of garlic under the birds skin and into the body cavity and toss on a med. heated grill with a nice hunk of mesquite in the center of the coals. You can substitute the sweet and sour sauce with BBQ sauce if you prefer or just make up or use your favorite sauce. Wait till the bird is done before you drizzle the sauce on though or you might end up with burned mess...:)

Cajun Seasoning, it's much better than just salt & pepper. I put this seasoning on everything but ice-cream...:)
