Birdhunter1 09-27-2007, 19:07 Pierson's Custom meat northwest of Murphysboro. It is only a few miles up the Ava Rd. from the Paul Ice turn off to Kinkaid Lake, 618-684-2014. Very reasonable rates and the summer sausage they make is very good. Also there is another one on Chautauqua Rd. just a fw miles from campus before Country Club Rd. I do not know what the name of his business is but I do know the guy well and I have his home phone number.
