I seen someone post this recipe on another site so I thought I would give it a go.
Its called the Atomic Buffalo Turd
First take a whole Jalapeno and slice it long ways and seed it.

Fill them in with cream cheese.

The original recipe called for a little smoked cocktail wienie but i used some left over pork steak. Just set it right on top.

Wrap it in bacon.

Cover it with your favorite rub.

I cooked it in the smoker at 300 degrees with apple wood for about 60 min. You could easily do this in the oven instead or on the grill using indirect heat.

The original recipe called for a raspberry BBQ sauce but I was fresh out of that so I just dipped it in ranch. Soooo good. I think i bit into one that had a leftover seed and it about burned my mouth off. I should have rinsed them real well after i had them sliced and cleaned.
