Aww ......good ol detect dave.......what a nice couple! Good ol silo folks!
NICE PARKING G? Can I get that on my honda 150 elite deluxe, it's almost a motorcycle......lol....
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:03 That'd be a mighty long ride on that little bike. Maybe haul it to Chester, then ride the bike up from there?
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:07 Nice pictures there. Is that $300 for that banjo? I think I could build one like that for about $3. :D
Glad to see Dave and his wife made it. Fairview Heights was well represented.

Yea, didn't
survivor man do it with treez or something........i luv that guy! lol....
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:15 I've only watched him once or twice. I've already got a guitar and a mountain dulcimer, so a banjo like that would be more for novelty.
I used to play the harmonica, we could start a silo band......lmao!
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:27 I still do sometimes. Yeah, that'd be fun. Who else plays?
I don't anymore, but I got a sweet one from my gramps.......he used to play in the bars! lol....... :D It's so old it won't even hardly play anymore.......I had to do something in the campgrounds all summer right? And I couldn't get the guitar down which made me mad because there is only 6 strings right? lol.....How hard could it be? lol......
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:36 Maybe get a kazoo?
I got an old jug...lol, might be better if I just stop and fill it up first. :)
lifestudent55 09-25-2007, 22:44 That'll work. :D Make sure you get the good stuff.
I just let my daughter play mine these days..........But I know now why I used to get yelled at in the camper! lol..........
such tight living space, one can only stand so much harmonica......lol.......eps. when I wasn't good.....lol.
Check out this bass... he calls it the Stitch Giver. Gas tank out of an old Ford pickup I believe. That is Split Lip Rayfield... If you like hard core bluegrass they are for you...
