took these this evening, this fox squirrel let me follow him around staying about 15-20 foot away, as long as I moved slow he didn't seem to mind.

We saw a squirrel posing for us while in Streator last Saturday but my wife and granddaughter decided to go chasing it. Now that was funny to watch, but they were moving to fast to get pics.

Aw, he's an adorable little guy! I love his expression in the second one, but I like the way the grass frames him in the third. I think the colors in the third one are really good, too. Nice pics!

I think I cropped the third one a little, otherswere just how I framed in camera, but I was close, about 12-15 feet most of the time, that's about as close as he would let me get, one time I snuck up within about 8 feet while he was burying a nut, when he popped his head up and saw me he stood up looked at me then ran right past me, happened so fast I couldn't even get any photos other than a blur.

that's awesome then.....one thing with g's camera you can get soooo close...makes a big difference than my little point and shoot..Like with the frog pic...With my p and s I would have prolly got the one I posted last...with g's cam...I was able to get reallly close....
They are so skeered around here....maybe because my lab tries to eat um???
I also liked the way the grass is framed around the little guy too....
