Went out to some public ground this morning until 9:30. Seen alot of birds, most worked our spread surprisingly. We had a one winged mojo but they didnt flare. Did alot of shooting but the ducks were landing in our spread correctly. Im only shooting a 20 gauge and at 65 to 75 yards it isnt very effective. Anyone else been doing any good?

I went out today in the rain. Too muddy to run heavy epuipment but not too muddy to hunt.;) Set up before light and heard some geese honkin' on the south end of the pond. At daylight they all took off and headed south. Unfortunately I was on the North end of the pond. Probably about 50-60 birds.:mad: Oh well, still have two weeks for ducks and three for geese here in Pa. Eventually I have to at least get lucky.
