I didn't have any bacon either, but I have a ham so I cut a couple slices off it. :D

I do smell bacon! I had some in the freezer, thawed it out, fried up some eggs, and buttered wheat toast! Nothing like Buttered wheat toast dipped into runny egg yolks! We bace our Bakon in the oven, turns out perfect!

Speaking of HAM, we received a Honey-Baked Ham as a gift last week, Good Stuff! What's everyone's opinion on Ham, favorite type? Brand? Cooking Recipes?
We're serving Ham next weekend for our Early Christmas Dinner, I usually buy Double G Hams, then bake in the oven with pineapple slices and juice. I've tried cherry glaze, liked it, but always go back to Pineapple.

The one I bought this time is a Sugardale. It isn't as salty as most hams, and is more tender.

Imagine being a religion that called pork filthy ir vile- wow, glad I can eat pork!! Bring in the filthy pig! I can't get enough of it.
