Saw this buck last night in a field. Had to sneak through the woods up to a fence line to get a shot. Light was poor and distance was long or I would have gotten a better shot...

weird rack needs to spread out almost reminds me of one of those stovepipe top hats they use to were back in the day

that rack does seem unusually narrow and tall....the things we will do to get a picture huh?? :)

I have homade chigger medicine if you need any! LOL
Find someone with a comfrey plant ---tear up the leaves..put them in jar with some rubbing alchohol..let it sit a few days..the longer the better..and then use that. Or go to one of the health food /natural stores and ask for comfrey tincture...it works great for any kind of skin oogie boogie..

Looks like a nice 4 1/2 yr old. Wait and see how big he gets when his neck swells. Is that in someone's backyard...looks like Kentucky Blue that needs cuttin!

Actually he was in someones front yard one day and in a horse pature across the road the next.

We haven't had any in the yard this year.. the coyotes are another story...I think they believe they live here just like the dogs do...maybe cause I feed em in the winter??? LOL
