Will this new NBCI 2.0 plan have anything in it for Illinois?

It's a whole bucket full of jargon, but the 2.0 has more to do with ranking and assement than what it means for each state. Still the old plan but with a new revision.

We still have the quail buffers or CP-33 which came out of NBCI.

Illinois has the most acres in the country for that CRP practice. 55,000 plus acres have been used and the cap is currently at 75,000.

Well it isn't one of my original counties I started out with, but as you know I have gone over into St. Clair mostly along Silver Creek. It's close enough but national doesn't list it as one I cover. So long as I am not going over my miles and there aren't SAFE acres I need to deal with I can easily make time to go to St. Clair.

That are you guys meetings are always in Western Clinton or St. Clair. So I am already there at least once a month.
