oh yeahhh.. I usually smoke my chili for about 4 hours befor I eat it... Gives it a good strong smoke flavor..

It's ok.....I make chili every week for the shooting matches..and I make it in a stainless canner! It's the only thing I have that's big enough to hold it all...we'll loan Fun my pot so there enough for the rest of us!

I got a 7 gal . pot like they use at the schools ... But I never use it cause its too much...

And it's a bear to handle and move around...at least for me. Mine is tall enough that i have to stand on a stool to cook in it when it's on the stove...LOL

I got a brewery I could make chili in... cut off Kegs for boilers. I can make about 20 gallons if I brew all day.

Man it has been too long since I broke that thing out???? I thinks I needs to have me a brew day???
