over a wild rice blend...:D
A pound of shrimp,pound of crayfish tails,a pound of your favorite smoked sausage. Gotta make a rue out of four and butter and cook everything down.Okra,peppers,onions,garlic,celery, drop a pinch of ghost pepper in there just for the fun of it. Don't put your shrimp and crayfish in the pot untill about 5 minutes before it's done. Get you some good crusty french bread and it's dinner time...;)

That sounds good, but those ghost chiles are just a wee bit hot for gumbo IMO.

:)That's why I only put a little pinch in it. Wasn't too bad like that.

I haven't tried cooking with them, but I did taste some powder made from them once. They have a nice, fruity taste if you can handle the burn.

Btw, the gumbo looks great.

Alright, sounds great, I may skip the ghost chiles to. I like warm but not that warm!
