I dont remember where I got the pan but it works real good for fish and chicken. I use Golden Dip and cook with peanut oil, it cost a little more but doesen't burn as easy so it last longer. I saw something unusual yesterday. They now sell a 'greaseless turkey fryer.' From the outside it looks like a turkey fryer, but inside it has heating elements on the sides so it actually bakes or broils the bird. How can they get by calling something without grease or oil a fryer? Who knows now days. |
