We sell them hot all the time but I prefer mine chilled with a slice or two of Cabots Sharp Cheddar. It really is very tasty. ;)

Wow! I haven't seen Brown in 5 years or so. My favorite mad scientist cook for sure! :)

;) exactly, I stopped paying for cable 5 yrs ago. Couldn't get it where we were living. Did ya see the one where he made liquid smoke? I just love the way he goes through everything and explains the most subtle details.

I think I've seen every episode of his show. We get it on satellite. He did one show where he made Koolickles, plus he stopped at a place on his Feasting On Asphalt show a few years ago. I wish he'd done more than 3 series of that show (2 on asphalt and one on waves in the Caribbean).

Harry, just get a jar of dill pickles and pour half of the pickle juice out. Replace with sweetened Black or wild cherry Koolade. Works best if you half the pickles first. Put in the fridge for at least a couple of days. Enjoy. :)
