Does anyone know if the World Shooting Complex has its 3D range open yet? The website doesn't give too much insight.

Does anyone shoot the 3D's that Freeburg has every month or so? I've never done it but would like to give it a try.

I talked to a DNR employee, at the state fair, who told me they are working on the 3D range there.
Then I just read, in the August issue of Outdoor Illinois, that Sam Flood, acting director of the IDNR, said it is "opening late this summer"
He also said it will be 20-station course.

If you are talking about the 3D shoot at the Freeburg Sportsman Club it is pretty good. The only thing I dont like is they dont seem to change the yardage up very much. The are all about 25 yards. The do a good job setting it up though.

I think the next one is Sept. 16.

I've never been to a shoot there in the fall, but I have during the first part of the year. It seems they always have a lot of shooters, and you end up standing in line to shoot.But like Full Draw was saying, they like to keep em close.
