I take half a wild turkey breast and fillet it out in strips. I dip it in a mixture of franks red hot sauce ( about half a bottle ) a little milk and a couple eggs. I then bread it with smashed saltine crakers, flour and nature seasoning. throw it in hot grease unitl it done. Great with a cold STAG!!

AH... another fellow Stag drinker!
sounds like a good recipe, I have one similar to that for quail legs. What do you do with the chunks after you cook them (besides eating)? Do you add any sauce to them?
I eat them plain, but my wife likes to dip them in ranch dressing.

What I meant was do you add any hot sauce of any kind to them after you are cook them or does the hot taste remain in the wing itself? I have had them each way and I don't know which I prefer, wings are kind of like boobs.. they are all good just some are better than others!
