Had a succussful outing yesterday. 4 gills, 13 papermouths
Fished a private lake in Bond County. They were hitting in 2.5 to 4 feet on several different colored jigs.

Nice catch. Looks like it’s time to sharpen up the filleting knife and get em ready for supper.
The filet knife was sharpened and it's whats for dinner.
Hindsight, I should have put something in the picture for size reference.
I didn't actually measure the bigger crappies, but for size reference, the bluegills were a bit bigger than my hand. My hand is about 8 inches.

Bond County pond mattdo? Let me know where that is and I PROMISE I'll keep the honey hole warmed up and a secret ...LOL That's my back yard per say.
Crappie fillets and some fresh morels sounds good about now (along with a adult beverage).
