Buddy and I floated 30 miles of this creek over 3 days. Caught plenty of largemouths and red eyes with a few other species too. I would highly reccommend this as a trip! The water can be a bit technical and you will have to drag some, but well worth it. We stayed in Peidmont, AL The creek runs through the Talladega National forrest, and is beautiful. It is like a classic trout fishing stream. All the fish were fat and fought like stream bred fish. (Always better than lake or pond fish inmy book);)

Wow fish from the future, I see you shot this on 2016-08-08!!! Looks like you had a great time and the bass are built like footballs. Glad you had a good time.
