this may just look like the corner of an old cemetery, but I had a close encounter right in that corner one night, I still walk around that spot instead of thru it€ ever since that night.

Now that is spooky looking..c'mon...tell us the ghost story....where is this? It looks a little like one that I shot at Halloween time last year ..somewhere off Hog Hill but I can't remember exactly where...

ok, here goes, now this is the truth so if ya don't believe me, I don't care...and I don't want to hear about it!

this happened about five years ago late October, i was separated from my wife for about a year back then, anyway I was with a new friend, we were riding the backroads and stopped at this cemetery, it's an old pioneer cemetery for the locals that settled this area, we were just havin' a cocktail, talking, there was a full moon that night, one of those cold late fall nights where the clouds are rolling thru the light of the moon. you could see the tombstones plain as day. finally she says' "look at that green mist over in the corner", sure enough there was like a green cloud of mist hovering over the NorthWest corner of the cemetery, I guess the mist looked to be about 20' wide by about 6' high. now I've never vandalized a cemetery, don't even like walking over the burials, but she said drive over there, so I thought well I guess I could drive between the stones, started my truck up, put in gear and when I put my foot on the gas the pedal it just went to the floor like something broke, so i'm sitting there puzzled,, I turned the light on to try and see the pedal, it was on the floor apparently not connected to the cable it's supposed to be connected to, so she says' "whats wrong" I said "my gas pedal just broke", she started freaking out saying "don't mess with me", I said "I'm not", she said "GET ME THE F%#* OUT OF HERE!" I put the truck in drive and just the idle got the truck away from the cemetery to a little slope that got the rolling to about an 1/8 mile away before it stopped, the closest house was about 1/2 mile away and it was about 10 pm, I didn't have a cel phone at the time so we walked to the nearest house that was under construction and still had two guys working on it. they let me use their cel to call a friend from Sparta who came to pick us up, he was going to give us a ride back to Chester, we only got about 1/4 mile away from where he picked us up and my buddy says, "I think I have a flat" sure enough he had a flat, he looks at me and says "what kind of a VOO-DOO BITCH you got here?" and she said "This sort of thing happens to me all the time" now I'm started to think , what kind of voodoo bitch DO I have here? we changed the flat and my buddy says "I'm not taking you home your just going to have to stay at my house" so we did, when I had my truck fixed the guy said "Man thats weird its like the cable was cut"

I still get a little spooked by that corner of the cemetery. that photo is exactly where we saw the mist, I have went thru there, during daylight hours looking at the names and dates on the tombstone looking for a connection, nothing that I can find. hard to explain what happened that night.

I would have possibly attributed the green mist to swamp gas..but the rest of it..sounds like voodoo to me!!
