Ill take number 4 for my wall! lol.....Nice shots once again....eps. compared to mine......they suck.......What's your secret? Mine always come out blurry????:(
i try to always turn my truck off, i use a short tripod even from in the cab just to help me brace camera, i also use the timer and have cam set on burst mode to take 3 pics, i think by using the timer i eliminate the the shake from pushing button, this is especially important when you have your camera zoomed all the way out, mine is 10x optical, then of course i crop and sharpen, a little contrast, oh and I hold my breath, lol, sometimes I think I stop breathing.

I am so envious...here I sit with my brand new reach and touch me lens..and can't scare up any deer anywhere...it really is important to shut the vehicle off..when you are zoomed all the way out even breathing will make them a little blurry from camera shake...

Except you don't need tags and there's no closed seasons on shooting with a camera. (That and not having the venison afterward.)
this little tool helps big time in the truck, slips down over the window to a snug fit then ya can run the window up/down to fit your size, several on the market, I think the one we got was around $15.
its the part in the lower left.

Those are marvelous little gizmos! Right now I keep the big lens on a monopod, and wedge it between the seat and the door...but those "windo" tripods are the berries, and use one sometimes with a shorter lens..or just roll up a jacket and rest it on that too...but absolutely kill the motor!
