I use it.
Good for editing digital photo's.
Works great when a trail camera picture is to dark ,can lighten it up to see whos eye's are glowing in the back round.
Good for photo storage as well but I dont think you can post pictures from it to a forum, etc like you can photobucket.
Another thing photobucket has over it is that photobucket automaticly resizes a picture so that it can be posted to a forum, Picasa2 does not.
With Picasa2 you can send the picture in an e-mail and order printed pictures (from several different stores) straight thru/from Pacasa.

Picasa2 also has Red Eye Reduction, Straighten, Crop, Auto Contrast, Auto Color and a few other things.
