Hit the wrong button, Sorry!

To start again.
2 cups of soy sauce
1 small can of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of liquid smoke (adjust to your taste, a little goes a long way)
1 heaping cup of brown sugar
cayenne pepper
galic powder (These last four i dont really measure, again
depends on your taste)
ginger
black pepper

Use whatever deer cuts you like. I like to use the steak, easier to cut. Cut into 1/4 inch thick strips and remove as much fat and sinew as possible. Place meat into the marinade mixture and soak for at least 12 hours. Turn a couple times during process.

Then place on dehydrator racks and run between 6-8 hours.

KEY-- RUN THE DEHYDRATOR IN THE GARAGE OR SHED. IF MARRIED DO NOT!!! I REPEAT- DO NOT!!!! RUN IN THE HOUSE. THE SMELL WILL OVERTAKE THE HOUSE AND THOUROUGHLY UPSET YOUR WIFE WHO WILL THREATEN BODILY HARM IF YOU EVER DO IT AGAIN!!!!

Hope you enjoy.

Sounds good, although In my house my husband would be the one running me out for cooking deer inside. LOL

Sweet and Spicey Jerky

1 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of Honey
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoons of Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of canning salt

Make sure that the sugar and salt are completely dissolved before adding the marinade to the venison. Marinate at least one day, and up to two before dehydrating.

Simple is best
1/2 soy sause 1/2 worchester sause
onion cut thick
garlic {the more the better} and peppers to taste
Marinate fer a day or so till you get time to put on screens and dry in basement.
P.S. If they dont like the smell of this stuff they don't need to be living in your abode ! ! !

Sounds about like what I do, except I use onion powder, and add a little black pepper.

Good Stuff!
