I agree Booyah. It is in 3 days and we don't even know which marina we are taking out of...unless I missed the boat somewhere. If my parents come I might bring my dad to fish with me. If not, I'll be alone. I'd really like to fish Saturday.

okay...I guess I'll be the bad guy and suggest we reschedule this for an alternative weekend? With the events that are going on all over creation Saturday, plus folks work schedules..this seems to have fizzeled out a bit...
My Hubby will be with me, but we are really lousy bass fishermen, mostly were coming for the photo ops and to catfish the creeks! LOL
If we are all stil lup for this, please somebody pick a marina/ramp and let me know...I have to ready our camping gear...if it's off, we'll fish somewhere Saturday, but probably not camp...

I'd say delay it....until you get a FOR SURE from more ppl. Its fun to go fishing but this thing was suppose to be a get together from all the members on here. I think it would be better if we can get atleast about 10 ppl involved, just my opinion though.

man i want to bass fish that lake i no its got every kind of good big fish in there i just have never bass fished it its nice for catfish though

I have to be at work at 11 am so I'd have to leave the tourney pretty early this Saturday. If it will be rescheduled that will be awesome, hopefully it is on another day that i don'thave to go in early!

I'll be at Kinkaid either way this Saturday, so it doesn't really matter to me. Just suggestion here: I love Kinkaid, and would love to fish with you guys there, but it can be downright tough to catch bass sometimes (at least I'm not afraid to admit it). I would like to suggest Cedar Lake (just south of C'Dale) as one of the future bragging rights lakes. That is one lake that I think I can honestly say I've never been shut out. And since you can keep 5 bass under 14", most people would be able to at least weigh in something. The only drawback is it has a 10hp limit. Just a suggestion. But I'm perfectly happy to fish Kinkaid as well (or any other lake for that matter). It's only 5 minutes from my house:D .

Okay..somebody pick a ramp and a time! I vote for Johnson Creek ramp, but just cause it's the easiest for us....and we will probably fish the creek areas...our little boat makes for a long ride across the big part of the lake LOL Depending on the time and locatation, we may still be out of the running...I've got be in Carbondale all day tomorrow...no time to ready the camping gear...and I think Critter will grumble if I throw him out of bed at 4:00 am...he's such a grouch when I want to fish!
